Point of Contact for Player Experience for the US office. Worked directly with main China Office on a daily basis.
Handled localization (Chinese to English), created launch timelines to meet with IP holders expectations.
Proof read and checked English translations and made edits accordingly.
Managed the customer support and community based teams, and created events accordingly.
Collected user feedback for direct implementation make changes to the game and improve overall game experience.
