Worked with Live Ops and Design team to launch player experience.
Responsible for communication with Bethesda and ensuring the game was up to their standards and maintaining KPIs.
Point of Contact for Player Experience for the US office. Worked directly with China and Canada Office on a daily basis.
Worked directly on DOOM feature crossover
Handled localization (Chinese to English), created launch timelines to meet with IP holders expectations.
Proof read and checked English translations and made edits accordingly.
Managed the customer support and community based teams, and created events accordingly.
Collected user feedback for direct implementation make changes to the game and improve overall game experience.
